Here’s a funny twist. Someone bought Julie’s painting of a zebra at an estate sale in Ohio. When she emailed Julie (in Michigan) to learn about the painting, she talked about her side business of raising Alpaca. She had 50 and 25 more were due to be born. Later she invited Julie to the National Alpaca Convention in Indiana where Julie spent a delightful day meeting her new friend and laughing at 900 alpaca strutting and posing. These photogenic animals had to be painted.  Here’s one – Alberto!
