Tai Chi and Ming Vase Kaleidoscope - Original Watercolor

When Julie returned from her first trip to China in 1982, a gallery asked her to have a show about China. Half of her paintings were of the children. For the other half, Julie invented the idea of creating watercolor kaleidoscopes to tell the stories of China. Each kaleidoscope includes the sophistication of ancient China and the primitive of “modern” China. Here are the people doing their daily Tai Chi with the pattern of an old Ming Vase.
