I created this for the religious relations committee in Southeastern Michigan Girl Scouts. They and I feel the urgency of the message on the banner, Seeing the Beauty in our Differences. Truly, A Universal message! My watercolors are of the national flowers representing most of the 152 countries in the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. With the research and the painting, creating the original watercolor took about 300 hours to make. Such a lovely and gentle way to work for harmony through my scarf, headband, and print. Julie is selling these scarves for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan.
Scarf is 72" by 36" and is made of poly chiffon.
We chose a small independent Canadian company to print our scarves – one at a time! This happy collaboration brings you a truly unique upscale work of art.
